All our catering at the Eskdale Lodge is now provided by Herb and Spice, the leading professional outside catering company in the Cheshire and Manchester region. Duncan Dickinson, an experienced chef with worldwide catering credentials having worked extensively in Europe, Australia and the Cayman Islands, heads the team.
Duncan has produced a contemporary home cooked bistro menu with a la carte specials and children's dishes, which is served six nights a week.
Our regularly updated special boards provide you with additional choice to our customary menu. This special board provides a wide selection of favourites such as Traditional Lancashire Hotpot, Fresh Battered Haddock, Pork Belly and Fillet Steak dishes.
You may dine in either of our two bars, or alternatively in the more intimate Victorian panelled restaurant
We also specialise in small to medium sized parties be it buffet or sit down meal.
Copies of our set menus are available on request. If you have any special catering needs we will strive to try and meet them.
