Garvan and Grazyna Smith look forward to offering you a warm welcome to the Eskdale
Lodge. The Eskdale was built in 1884 as a large Victorian house .
In 1958 the house was converted into a hotel, and then, in 1988, taken over by the Smith family Since then the Eskdale has been completely refurbished providing the comfort of modem living whilst retaining the features of the original house.
The Eskdale is committed to offering quality facilities ensuring guests always receive
comfortable accommodation, good food, attentive service and real value for money.
The Eskdale is ideally situated in a residential area with excellent links to Manchester city centre, Manchester United Football Club. Lancashire Cricket Club, The Trafford Centre, The Lowry and Manchester International Airport. We are also within a 5 minute stroll of the Brooklands Metro station which serves a direct link to Old Trafford, Manchester city centre, G Mex and the MEN Arena.
Eskdale Lodge has achieved a 4 star rating by The Quality in Tourism assessment scheme. This indicates a very high standard of quality and service within the Guest Accommodation category.
Guest Accommodation properties are generally smaller than Hotels with more of a family home feel and approach, and a less structured service.
Discounted rates available for long term accommodation
For the sports fans amongst you, two large flat screen televisions are situated in the Ground Floor Bar
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

On 15th May 2011 I am taking part in the Bupa Great Manchester Run. My 8 year old son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 5, so I have learnt to appreciate all the hard work put in to help people with this condition, and the need for funding for this help, for research and campaigning. For this reason I am trying to raise as much funds as possible for Diabetes UK.

Many thanks,
