Spent two nights here with my partner over a weekend. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind. Conveniently located about 15 minutes walk from Brooklands Metrolink stop. Unfortunately didn't get the chance to stay downstairs or try breakfast - perhaps next visit :) - K
Large, comfortable twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom.The room had two large windows bringing plenty of light.The staff were welcoming and chatty, particularly at breakfast.I had made contact several times prior to arriving to change my booking and on the day to let them know I would arrive later than planned.The staff were happy to accommodate my changes.Thank you.- Margaret T
I stayed here with my partner, mum and 1 year old son for one night. We had a really nice experience, everything was spot on. The staff were so friendly, the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a cooked breakfast there and it was delicious. One of the members of staff made a real fuss of our son and he was so happy, she was great with him (wish I'd have caught her name). All in all there isn't anything bad I can say and we'll definitely stay here again in the future.- Kelly
